Prices
Room charges are $135 to $225 per night, for two, plus tax. The price per night depends on the dates and time of year chosen; for instance, special events, holidays and football season are higher priced. Stays of over 3 nights may be discounted - call us for information. Typically we limit to two persons per room, but under the right circumstances, we allow an additional person for an extra charge. Call for information.
To get to The Cottage...
From I-10, take exit 225 and turn north; go about 5 miles and you'll pass a Winn-Dixie shopping center on the left, then you'll pass a Badcock and More Furniture store. Take your next left (W Palmer Mill), which is about 2 blocks past the Badcock store. Go thru 1 stop sign and we are the 2nd house on the left.
Our Venetian Garden
Heavenly is only one description that has been used about our gorgeous Venetian Garden. Two fountains, tweeting birds, hidden music and magical white lights at twilight accentuate the serenity and beauty to be found here.
Dine alfresco, or plan a wedding, party or other outdoor event with us.

Cancellation /change policies
A bed and breakfast is not an ordinary lodging establishment and cannot have a chain-hotel cancellation policy. Ours is 30 days - you have until 30 days before the arrival date to change or cancel; after that, the full stay is fully earned and not refundable unless we re-book. If we give you a non-rack rate, the stay is non-refundable. Weekend stays require a full-stay deposit, as do any specials, special event stays or holidays. Special event stays, holidays and specials may require minimum stays as well. Cards will be charged and/or checks cashed!
